Particle deposition (fixing) on a substrate without aggregation
is possible. Particle deposition system using electro-spray.
Particle deposition (fixing) on a substrate without aggregation is realized by electro-spray of nanosuspension. The system is possible to make particle deposition on partial or general surface by adjusting spray position on a substrate using an electric stage, and is possible to make a patterning by using mask with holes. It is available not only for particle deposition but for liquid layer like spin-coater.

The conventional method, nanosuspension is painted and dried on a substrate, is hard to observe respective nanomaterials using SEM/TEM, because nanomaterials form aggregation in the dry process of solvent. “SEM/TEM Sample Preparation System” is easy to make it by special separation using electro-spray of nanosuspension
